40 Days of Blog – David Day 25

For those who don’t know, I’ve had a really sore back this week. What made it even worse was walking speedly to lunch after French, then cycling last night. I’m struggling to go up and down the stairs. Thank god I can still type ;) (I can’t even think about how I would feel If I couldn’t type…)

People with a keen eye would have noticed that my site got updated last night (Obviously everyone noticed as they check out my site on numerous occasions every day). Now my whole site runs on WordPress 2.7. Making it easier for me and other people to register and write blogs and pages! Be sure to keep checking out my tutorials, reviews and wallpapers! Also make sure you register! (Click the subsribe button, top right)

Microsoft brought out Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) in its final release the other night. For those who don’t know, Internet Explorer is the default Internet Browser for Windows Users. A large amount of people use Firefox for their internet. (My stats say that 50.9% of people who go to my site use firefox). Firefox is a more userfriendly and adaptable Internet Browser, which allows the user to have different themes and plugins, some which make life much easier. IE8 has some many new features including a private browser where all of your history isn’t saved to your PC (I wonder what that’s for ;) ) A simple button where if you click on some text you can: Google it, Post to blog, look it up, email it and many more. I find that useful. However IE8 is just a small upgrade to IE7 in my opinion. Be sure to read my review on it shortly!

Here are my stats for the last week:

It shows how popular Windows Vista seems to be, and also how popular Firefox is.

Todays Special Mentions

Matty Edwards, for offering to pop round with some deep freeze for my back. (what a legend)
