MTB Blog Ride Log 2 (24/1/09)

Ride started at 10.30 at Medicis, started on Ferriby foreshore across bridge then across south bank forshore to the first small quarry. Then returned to Barton where we stopped at the “Ropery Cafe”. Then crossed bridge to Little Switzerland (a forested area)

then returned back onto the Ferriby Foreshore and returned home for 3.30pm.

Weather – Cloudy but warm and bright 5-7 C

Thoughts on ride: Good ride with new pro MTBers, spent a while filming and doing jumps and down hilling rather than long distance. Spent around 15mins in quarry and 1h30 in Little Swiss. Tiring but everyone felt fit.
