40 Days of Blog – David Day 21

Warning, yet another Failblog :(

Today I’m just going to be talking about this amazing program I was told about (from a close source..).
It’s called Spotify. It’s a program you download and can listen to music for free. (LEGALLY!) What happens is, once you have installed it you can search any song you want. Their library is HUGE with more or less all the songs you would want from popular artists such as Take That, Coldplay, Nickelback and James Morrison. Once you have found the song you want (it’s very similar to what iTunes looks like) you double click it and play it in fantastic quality for free. Just like an Mp3 you may have bought. The reason it’s free is that you don’t actually download it, it’s “streamed” over the internet.

You can play, pause, fast forward etc just like you can on iTunes. You can make playlists and share them with your friends. Not only can you do all this for FREE you can listen to the radio aswell! It’s not bad for a program you don’t pay for. I’ve just been finishing my food coursework (grr) and I’ve had James Morrisons new album playing, apart from a 15second advert it’s been just like I own the album. But I don’t and it’s Free (have I already mentioned that ?!)

I uploaded a video about Spotify, make sure you check it out. It’s free!

Video of the Day!

News of the Day:

  • David is in the newspaper! (here)

Sorry about the lack of crap stories (aha, get it? ;) ) I just don’t have time!

Joke of the Day:
It’s easy to distract fat people, it’s a piece of cake…

Expect something better next time. For now, leave me with some abuse. I deserve it.
