#3 David’s 10 Weeks of Blog – theTechLife 2.0, Failing and Catching up!

Hello World! Long time no speak… The reason for my incredibly long (and painful for you guys i’m sure) absence is due to a number of things. Including going on holiday to France (More on that in week 4!) and to be rather plain, I couldn’t be arsed, I spent so long making 2.0 I decided to have a break. Which in return I saw my website change to this monstrosity:

As you have probably realised by now… theTechLife 2.0 is up! (Or at least it’s in testing stages…)

If you look around you can see the new features, and hopefully you will prefer it to the previous version! But as you can tell, bit’s are a bit patchy and tacky, I’ll be sure to make it look better in the near future!

The Internet

Not having the internet for a week, is not what I call “Fun”. As you know, I quite like the internet, and I certainly go on it every day. But to have that luxury taken from you on your so called “Holiday”, makes the week rather unbearable. Causing me to go old fashioned and reading “books” (I know!!) and also resorting to some phone gaming, you know the kind which you do when you are close to suicidal. 3D RollerCoaster usually gives me some motivation for life again…

Anyway, I digress. My point was, that after a week of no internet, to catch up on the information you missed takes ages! I had 198 tweets to catch up on:

Over 40 emails, 20 videos and 0 Myspace comments. Yeah that’s how much Myspace has been left behind compared to Facebook (or it could mean I just have no friends who care about me..)

The smart ones amongst you will have realised that the top songs of the week are from the new Lily Allen’s Album. And you would be correct, as the new album is surprisingly good! Although I disaprove of some of the lyrics such as “F**K You” and “Not Fair” which consists of lyrics which are terribly rude… Google them if you are intrigued!
